Welcome to Lavender Glitter Magic LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing from our store or using our website (www.lavenderglittermagic.com), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. General Use
By accessing our website or making a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree not to reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of our products, branding, or intellectual property without written consent.
All product designs, names, branding, artwork, packaging, systems & rituals — including MOODFLUX™, Magic Emotion Potions™, Feelings Are Potions™, and all related material — are owned by Lavender Glitter Magic LLC and protected by copyright and trademark rights (filed/ pending).
2. Product Information & Intended Use
Our products are handmade emotional-regulation tools designed for families, using magnets, ritual cards, and playful movement prompts to support connection.
They are not medical devices, not therapy, and not a replacement for professional mental or medical care.
We do not guarantee specific emotional, behavioral, or developmental outcomes.
Always supervise children while using our products. Magnets are small items and should never be placed in the mouth. If swallowed, magnets can cause serious injury — seek emergency medical care immediately.
3. Handmade Product Disclaimer
All products are crafted in small batches. Minor variations in print, cut lines, lamination, or color tone are normal and part of handmade production.
We work hard to produce consistent, high-quality items — slight variations do not qualify as defects.
4. Ordering + Payment
Orders begin processing once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (fraud, address issues, etc.). If this happens, you will be refunded.
Prices may change at any time.
5. Shipping
Processing times are shown at checkout and may vary during product launches or holidays. Shipping timelines displayed are estimates provided by carriers, not guarantees.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen items.
If an issue arises, we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade emotion kits and hygiene concerns:
All sales are final.
However — we want you to love your purchase. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos at:

We will happily resolve it through replacement parts, store credit, or a solution we decide together.
7. Safety & Liability
You agree to use all products responsibly and only as intended.
Lavender Glitter Magic LLC is not liable for:
• Injury from misuse
• Choking or ingestion of small items
• Damage from improper installation on surfaces
• Emotional outcomes or behavior of children
Supervision is required at all times. Keep magnets away from pets and small children when not in use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content including artwork, product names, systems, video content, text, rituals, graphics, photography and packaging belong exclusively to Lavender Glitter Magic LLC.
Copying our product concepts, emotional names, kit system layout, or card content is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy
